Viagra (Sildenafil Citrate) is used to treat male sexual function problems (impotence or erectile dysfunction-ED). If you are also taking an alpha blocker (eg doxazosin, tamsulosin) to treat an enlarged prostate/BPH or high blood pressure, your blood pressure may become too low which may lead to dizziness or fainting. Your doctor may start treatment with a lower dose of tadalafil or adjust your alpha blocker to minimize the risk of low blood pressure.

Do not share this medicine with others. If you take this medicine regularly and you miss a dose, take it as soon as you remember. If it is almost time for the next dose, skip the missed dose. Take your next dose at the usual time. Do not double the dose to catch up.
